This is long overdue, but finally, the ESS Lab has a web site! Most of the links here are basic, and some not yet functional, but more will be added as we go along.
We are working on a wide variety of interesting paleo science projects, and we are always looking for motivated individuals to help us move the research forward. TAMUCC offers both Masters and Doctorate degrees. Take a look at the Research and Projects page to get an idea of some of the things we are working on. The Department of Physical and Environmental Sciences at Texas A&M University—Corpus Christi awards graduate assistantships for incoming Ph.D. student in the Coastal and Marine System Science (CMSS) doctoral program on a competitive basis. The funding is available in the following areas: geology, hydrology, hydrogeology, and Gulf of Mexico mixing and transport processes. Applications for Fall 2012 are due on 1 February 2012.
